E muito triste ver que por causa de má interpretação
da Bíblia, muitos têm usado as pregações de Jesus e ensinando-as de acordo com
o que eles PENSAM ser o significado real.
It is very sad to see that, because of misinterpretation of the Bible, many
have taught Jesus’ words according to what they THINK is the real meaning.
Uma passagem muito má interpretada é Mat 7:19 que
diz "Toda árvore que não produz bom
fruto é cortada e lançada no fogo". Quem já ouviu pastores dizendo que se Nos,
a igreja de Cristo, não dermos frutos (a maioria das vezes eles se referem a
ganhar vidas para Deus) Nos seremos cortados e lançados no fogo?
A passage in the Bible that is often misinterpreted is Matt 7:19 that says:
"Every
tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire." Who ever heard pastors say that in the church of
Christ, if we do not bear fruits (most times they refer to winning souls to
God) we will be hewn down and cast into the fire?
Eu já ouvi isso VARIAS vezes. Mas qual e o contexto no
qual Jesus disse isso? Jesus estava se referindo aos falsos profetas:
I've heard this SEVERAL times. But in which context did Jesus say that? Jesus was referring to false prophets:
“Guardai-vos dos falsos
profetas, que vêm a vós disfarçados em ovelhas, mas interiormente são lobos
devoradores. Pelos seus frutos os conhecereis. Colhem-se, porventura, uvas dos
espinheiros, ou figos dos abrolhos? Assim, toda árvore boa produz bons frutos;
porém a árvore má produz frutos maus. Uma árvore boa não pode dar maus frutos;
nem uma árvore má dar frutos bons. Toda árvore que não produz bom fruto é
cortada e lançada no fogo. Portanto, pelos seus frutos os conhecereis”. (Mat
7:15-20).
"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in
sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by
their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even
so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good
tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that
does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them”. (Matt
7:15-20).
De maneira nenhuma eu estou dizendo que não devemos
pregar o evangelho e levar pessoas ao conhecimento de Cristo! O que eu sou
TOTALMENTE CONTRA e usar as palavras de Jesus fora de contexto para trazer
medo.
By no means am I saying that we should not preach the gospel and lead
people to the knowledge of Christ! What I am TOTALLY AGAINST is to use the
words of Jesus, out of context to bring fear.
Jesus continua no mesmo capitulo dizendo: “Nem todo o
que me diz: Senhor, Senhor! entrará no reino dos céus, mas aquele que faz a
vontade de meu Pai, que está nos céus”. Mat 7:21
Jesus continues in the same chapter saying: "Not
everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but
he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Matt 7:21
Eu também Já cansei de ouvir alguns pastores usarem
esse versículo dizendo que muitos que servem a Deus na igreja se surpreenderão,
porque quando Jesus voltar muitos não entrarão no Reino de Deus. Este tipo de
ensinamento trás muita insegurança aos que, com sinceridade de coração, servem
a Deus. Eu mesma, já me perguntei varias vezes: “e se eu for um dos que Jesus
rejeitará naquele grande Dia?”
I'm also tired of hearing some pastors using that verse to say that many who
serve God in the church may be surprised, because when Jesus returns many will
not enter the kingdom of God. This kind of teaching brings a lot of uncertainty
to those who, with sincerity of heart, are serving God. I have asked myself several
times: "and if I am one of those who Jesus will reject on that great day?"
Contudo, isso se trata de outra má interpretação! No versículo
21 Jesus ainda está se referindo aos FALSOS PROFETAS, todos os que Proclamam um
Evangelho que não e o verdadeiro e Genuíno Evangelho, esses sim se
surpreenderão na segunda vinda de Cristo.
However, this is another misconception! In verse 21 Jesus is still referring
to FALSE PROPHETS, all those who proclaim a Gospel that is not the true and genuine
Gospel, these people will be surprised at the second coming of Christ.
Eu faço minhas as Palavras do Apostolo Paulo:

Estou admirado de que tão depressa estejais desertando
daquele que vos chamou na graça de Cristo, para outro evangelho, o qual não é
outro; senão que há alguns que vos perturbam e querem perverter o evangelho de
Cristo. Mas, ainda que nós mesmos ou um anjo do céu vos pregasse outro
evangelho além do que já vos pregamos, seja anátema (amaldiçoado). Como antes temos dito, assim agora novamente o digo:
Se alguém vos pregar outro evangelho além do que já recebestes, seja anátema (amaldiçoado). (Gálatas 1:6-9).
“I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him
who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not
another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of
Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you
than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before,
so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you
have received, let him be accursed”. (Galatians 1:6-9)
